Green Initiatives

Darul Falah Islamic Center is aware of the beauty of nature and greenery, which is why it engages in green initiatives. 

The initiatives are as follows:

  • A community garden where members of the community can contribute. Various plants are grown and cared for by the community. These plants are then harvested and distributed amongst community members. This garden seeks to foster cooperation and camaraderie amongst the Muslim community.
  • The recycling program collects recyclable materials to sell. The proceeds from these sales go to funding the daily operations of DFIC.
